Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Everett - Osborne Square

I usually go to this sports clips, but it’s long wait times. I wouldn’t mind the wait time so much if the girls didn’t take so long in between haircuts to chitchat. So one day I decided to take my son to your store in Edmonds on Highway 99. I called them while I was on Highway 99 just looking for the turn to ask what the wait was. She said nobody was there and I could get right in I gave her my name and asked her to put me on the list. She said she put me on the list and she could take me right in as soon as we got there. I explained to her that we were four minutes away. We got there in four minutes as soon as I walked in our name was on the list with a 25 minute wait I thought the wait time was a mistake because she told me that I could get in right away. 45 minutes later our name was finally called. When I got up to the lady I asked her why the wait was so long, she said well some people walked in right after you called so we had to take them. (It was only 4 minutes. They couldn't wait 4 minutes. I asked two questions number one why did I call ahead if you weren’t going to put my name in line, and second why didn’t you tell me what happen when I first got there. Her answer was I don’t know, then she proceeded to give my son a horrible haircut. He was so upset he cried when we left. The worst part about this whole experience was that I have already sent a complaint in and never received a response.

Love how professional and kind everyone at this location is. I've been to many Sport Clips but this is by far my favorite one. Angela always provides a great service and I'm always happy when I walk out the door.

If there is a 1 hour wait you need to hire more staff.
