I was on the waiting list with plenty of time before they closed. I got kicked off the waiting list and then I called shop no one answered the phone to figure out what is going on. This is **** customer service.

Have been going to Mindy the last few months and she is amazing. I tried a few other local stylists in the area when I moved to my new home and was always disappointed. I found her a few months ago and will be going back to her from now on as she cuts my hair the exact way I want it and is super friendly to visit with.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time I've gone here in the past has been a great experience. But apparently on the weekends its whatever person is open that cuts your hair. So I was not able to schedule for the person that usually cuts my hair. That being said, I was butchered. I asked for the top to be evened out. Instead, I had length taken off. To the point where it looks ridiculous and I look like an idiot. I didnt notice any of the flaws of course until i got home and actually inspected. It literally can not be tamed or made to look better with product. Now I'm going to look like stupid with Christmas pictures coming up next week. Going to literally shave my head because of this. Also to note, my haircut was rushed. I dont know if the stylists there make commission or not, but the one who cut my hair definitely wanted hers. She zoomed through my haircut. And the final results show. It is a Saturday and it was where whatever stylist was available and if you were next, that's who's cutting your hair. So I'm assuming she just wanted to get to the next customer as quick as possible before anyone else. Cause I sure felt like that. It's a shame. And I am not happy.

3 showed up for a haircut, but apparently because I didn’t hit “finish” we waited for 45 mins before noticing we weren’t on the wait list. They refused to give us our proper place in line or even close to and expected us to wait another hour and 4 minutes for haircuts. Stylists seem to take their leisure time between customers making wait times far longer than they should be. Unfortunate since they are so close to my home.

so I got my haircut today 7/9/2017 and I did not get what asked short but not to short like a trim I grow out my hair so I can get it cut well not like the Pont were I have to were a hat iv never had a bad haircut from sports clips but today i did and its to short on the sides and its the length that i wanted it all over not to short just good the top part was fine but the sides it dose not look good at all I'm not at all happy with my haircut and i really did not want to make this post but its so bad that i had to.
